Les Hays
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hays, who oversees all daily operations of the company, has over 27 years
of sales, and sales management experience. He's been with NuTechs since 1996,
when he was hired to create and build a services delivery team.
The services delivery team's main objective was to establish a strong
relationship with IBM, and become a top provider of IBM/Lotus solutions. Along
with the IBM relationships, the team is also responsible for IT staff
augmentation sales, and recruiting.
Dan Cachia
Vice President
Mr. Cachia has worked at NuTechs since February of 2000, and has over 19 years
of sales and management experience within the Information Technology Staffing
industry. He has brought a number of valuable and loyal customers to NuTechs
over the years, including.. Toyota, Ancor, Trinity Health, Mitsubishi and
SITEL. While with NuTechs, he has held the roles of Account Manager, Sales
Manager, and most recently Director of Sales and Recruiting. In his current
role, Mr. Cachia is responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects
of NuTechs' Sales and Recruiting Teams.
Rick Reichenbach
Director of IBM/Groupware Services
Mr. Reichenbach, has over 25 years of experience in the design, implementation
and sales of information technology. He's been with NuTechs since 2008 and is
responsible for business development and extending the strategy and within the
service delivery team at NuTechs. He joins NuTechs after 8 years as a sales
leader at IBM.
Walt Seymour
CTO
Mr. Seymour is CTO and has more than 19 years experience in the management of
multiple large-scale development projects for strategic customers in the
manufacturing and banking industries. He's been with NuTechs for nine years,
after stints at EDS, Computer Aid, Inc. and ABB Automotive.
Buck Crosthwaite
Recruiting Manager
Mr. Crosthwaite has been with NuTechs in the role of Recruiting Manager since
May of 2005. He was formerly with Strategic Alliance, where he served in the
role of Owner/ President. Buck has over 28 years of extensive sales, sales
management, and recruiting experience in the IT and manufacturing staffing
industry. This experience and dedication, make him a key component of our
highly effective sales and management team.
Bucks Recruiting Team concentrates on building relationships with each IT
candidate, to help drive business through our pro-active recruiting process. He
encourages team members to establish a genuine partnership with each resource,
to ensure a long-term bond between candidate and company.
